Our clients are referred to us by prior clients, realtors, mortgage consultants,  friends, family and business associates.  In addition to private clients, we are also approved Settlement Agents for most of the lenders in our area.  Finally, we have an in-house title company for the specific purpose of assisting our lenders and mortgage representatives in the area of mortgage financing.
